The moderator of has proposed a deviantART summit for Australian deviants!

I have proposed a deviantART summit for Australian deviants, New Zealand deviants, Indonesian deviants etc. It would be held at earliest beginning next year, and I am trying to rally support at this time.

If enough interest is generaed two steps will be taken (followed by others of course)

1. the deviantART admins will be asked to make it an official deviantART project.
2. The Australian Council for arts, as well as the minister for arts, will be lobbied for support

You heard it guys; straight from the horses' mouth!

What we are about:

This is a community for all Australian artists. All genres of art are accepted. The community was inspired as a network for australian artists. The purpose of this is to network and inspire likeminded artists, and promote our members.

Subscribing:

Please note us if you want to become a member. The only criteria is that you support and comment on other peoples work once in a while. If you wish to fave anything please click on their gallery icon and leave them a note so that they will know that you have appreciated their work and they do not have to keep coming back to this gallery to find out. After we have added you, you can start submitting straight away!

How to go about submitting your work:

Maximum one note submission per day per member. If you send us a note with more than one link on it, we will take the first one, and delete the rest. It is only fair to the rest of our members who want their deviations noticed too.

If you would like to submit something that is already in your personal DA gallery, just point us in the direction of it via a link in a note. Otherwise, email us something new with the information you would like to go in the artists comments. If you do email, please don't forget your DA name and the title of your work.
